Experience the best of Phillip Island with a pickup & return from Cowes, This is a unique tour that we have put together ONLY for those disembarking from a tendered Cruise Ship on Phillip Island – and its meant to give you an insight into this beautiful, and tranquil Island paradise. Within the 4 hours on board with us, you will journey from one side of the Island to the other; taking in some splendid sights, feeling the sand between your toes, and spotting plenty of native wildlife.

Please ensure you are at your Pickup Location at least 10 minutes PRIOR to your departure time.

–return at 3.00pm

What to Bring
- Something Warm – even during the Summer it does get cold on Phillip Island from time to time.
- Bathers and Towel (optional) – there will be a chance to swim at Cowes if you wish. Please ensure you bring proper bathers, towel and a change of clothes as you will not be allowed on the bus wet or sandy.
- Extra Purchase Money (optional) – there will be a chance for you to purchase lunch, as well as some other great souvenirs.
Cancellation & Refunds
IF YOUR SHIP IS UNABLE TO TENDER/CANCELS THEIR DISEMBARKATION – You will get a FULL REFUND.
This is the only time we will offer a refund – if you are late/miss the tour due to your own mismanagement, we are unable to help this.
If we must cancel a tour ( ie. covid restrictions, lack of numbers) then you will be provided with the option for a:
- Full Refund
- Full Tour Credit
- Transfer of Tour Date
If you cancel a tour, the following conditions apply:
- 15+ Days- Full Refund Provided
- 8-14 Days- Full Credit Provided
- 1-7 Days – Full Credit Provided – less $25pp admin fee
- Within 24 Hours- No Refund/Credit Provided
We reserve the right to make any necessary changes either before or on the day to the itinerary that we deem necessary to ensure both passenger safety & enjoyment, and to ensure the tour is able to proceed. This includes, but not limited to, changes required to be made due to situations out of our control and changes that need to be made due to closure or unavailability of venues.

Tour FAQ
At the COWES TRANSIT CENTRE, in Cowes.
This is exactly where the Cruise Shuttle Bus will drop you off.
We DO NOT pick up from the Ship in Rhyll.
We will drop you back to the COWES TRANSIT CENTRE at 3.00pm – so you will have plenty of time to explore Cowes some more, or take the Shuttle back to your ship.
We suggest you allow time to ensure you get to your Departure location on time.
This would involve
-Getting off the ship
-Getting on a tender boat
-Getting on a Shuttle Bus from Rhyll to Cowes (10 minutes)
– We will then meet you at the Shuttle Drop Location in Cowes
Whether you are a single traveller, a couple, or a small group, we guarantee you are going to enjoy yourself on our Phillip Island Tour.
No – you will have plenty of time to get your own food along the way.
During the summer – sure thing!
Depending on the time of year, you will have close to two hours at Cowes to explore, and most certainly take a swim in the beautiful clear waters.
If you ARE planning to swim, please ensure you bring bather, a change of clothes, and a towel.
You will need to be dry and de-sanded prior to getting back on board.
There are changing facilities and showers near the beach.
PUBLIC TOUR
Payment is due at the time of booking in order to confirm your booking.
PRIVATE TOUR
We require a $200 deposit to secure your booking – full payment is then due 2 weeks prior to your departure.
If we, for some reason, can’t travel on the day then we will offer you a choice of the following…
- Full Refund
- Full Tour Credit
- Transfer of Tour Date
If your SHIP cancels their Tender, we offer a full refund.
If a you cancel a tour, the following conditions apply:
- 8+ Days – Full Refund Provided
- 1-7 Days – Full Refund, less $25pp cancellation fee
- Within 24 hours of Departure – No refund.
