Our Pickup Location
Our tours DO NOT Start at the Ships Tender – we meet you in COWES (Transit Centre) – and there is good reason for it too.
1.It is always quite chaotic in Rhyll (where the Ship tenders) on cruise mornings – with so many buses coming and going
2. It means that you do not need to ensure you are off the Ship at an exact specific time – get off when you choose, and leisurely make your way to us
3. The Ship (in collaboration with Phillip Island) organise for FREE Shuttle Buses to run every 10-15 minutes between Rhyll and Cowes – so it is easy for you to get into Cowes
4. We recommend you make your way into Cowes nice and early, as then you can relax, find a cafe, do some shopping, wander along the beach, and then come find us when its time for your tour.
5. Our tours START right where the Shuttle Bus Drops you off (and picks you up)
6. At the end of the Tour, if its still Day Time – we drop you at the Shuttle Bus Location. If its Night Time (ie. after the Penguins) we take you straight back to the ship tender

COWES TRANSIT CENTRE – Cowes is the main township in Phillip Island, and an approx. 10 minute drive from Rhyll. Phillip Island offers regular transport to and from the Ship Tender in Rhyll to Cowes.
The Ship Shuttle Bus will drop you off AT THE TRANSIT CENTRE – this is where our tours starts
Good question – we have done this in the past, but found the it is just so chaotic down there at the Dock, that it was much easier for both us and you to meet you in Cowes.
Because the Ship & Phillip Island run regular free Shuttles between Rhyll and Cowes, it is extremely easy and accessible for you to hop on the Shuttle, and simply meet us where it drops you off in Cowes.
This also means that you dont have to worry about getting off the Ship at exactly the right time – you can get of early, take a shuttle into Cowes, relax here (Shop; get a coffee at the Cafe;walk the beach) and then come find us when its time.
Our Koala and Highlight Tour starts at 11.00am
Our Wine and Penguin Tour starts at 2.30pm
OR you can combine both these tours, and start at 11.00am as well.

This is one of the main highlights of Phillip Island, and no where else in the world can you see the Little Penguins in their natural habitat like this.

All ships leave after 11.00pm – which gives us PLENTY of time to get you back.
We depart the Penguin Parade 1 hour after the first Penguin arrival (plenty of time), meaning we have you back at the ship most nights between 9.30pm-10.30pm.
